Updated Email Designs

Emails sent out via Lifeboat such as Order confirmation have been updated to include the address format and have better compatibility with email clients. The emails are also more optimised to reduce the chance of ending up in spam folders.

Billing & Delivery Addresses

We've completely reworked the address book system considerably improving performance and allowing users to specify a different billing address from their delivery address.
