New Orders Dashboard

In this release, the orders dashboard has seen a significant UI upgrade to better help you identify the different orders and their current status.

Orders | Delivery | Pickup

The first change you'll see is that the orders dashboard is now split up into 3 tabs;

All Orders - Lists all the orders your store has received
Delivery Orders - Filters your orders to only show those that will be fulfilled through local delivery
Pickup Orders - Filters your orders to only show those that will be fulfilled through local pickup

Fulfilling Options

Once you access an order you'll also notice that the fulfilment buttons have changed. Based on the type of order the options will vary. This may include a button to show the delivery route if the order is local delivery or a map to show the pickup location.

 

Automated Email

If an order is to be fulfilled via Local Delivery or Local Pickup an automated email will be sent out to the customer. This email will notify the customer that the order is "Out for Delivery" or "Ready for Pickup". This email is sent out once you click on "Start Delivery" or "Ready for Pickup" on the order page.
