When logging into the Lifeboat Admin Interface you'll notice that the locations feature has been completed re-worked. This enabled us to develop the local delivery and local pickup features.
All your products have now been assigned to at least one location (if you were previously not using locations). This means that now for every location you can decide if to ship/deliver/offer pickup. Once customers get to the checkout page, we can now check with locations that can fulfil that order and in turn show all of the appropriate fulfilment options.
This also removes the need for any workaround you might have implemented for Local Pickup & Local Delivery that use flat rates as these options are now natively supported in the location settings.
