Shipping Providers & Shipping Classes have seen a significant re-design in the way they look and function.
Shipping classes no longer support rates or shipping time restrictions. Thanks to the new local delivery option a shipping class no longer needs the "hack" of being restricted by time and may be used as originally intended, solely for shipping. This is also the first part of a much bigger upgrade where we'll see shipping classes having options such as packaging options.
Shipping providers now take the center stage when it comes to setting up shipping rates. This is a much more intuitive approach as typically you get your shipping rates from your shipping provider, not your shipping class. The UI has also been upgraded to better identify which delivery zones can be fulfilled and what is being charged.
