Delivery Zones

Delivery Zones are used to group geographical areas together so that they can be used to dictate shipping fulfilment options and rates.

 

Creating a Delivery Zone

  1. Go to Settings > Delivery Zones
  2. Click on Add Delivery Zone
  3. Give your delivery zone a Name
  4. Select the Zones this delivery zone is made up of
  5. Specify a Handing Fee (if applicable)
    This is an additional surcharge that is paid by your customer when shipping to this location

Notes

  • The name of the delivery zone is never shown to customers
  • You may select multiple countries and regions in one delivery zone however, the same region cannot be used in multiple delivery zones

 

Editing a Delivery Zone

  1. Go to Settings > Delivery Zones
  2. Click on the delivery zone you'd like to edit
  3. Make the necessary changes
  4. Click Save

 

Deleting a Delivery Zone

  1. Go to Settings > Delivery Zones
  2. Click on the bin icon next to the delivery zone you'd like to delete
  3. Confirm your decision

 

Note

The delivery zone Rest of World cannot be deleted.
